Points Program

First of all, remember that you need to create an account on our website to be able to earn points (from the website or our coffee shop) and convert them into a free coffee.

How to earn the points:

• When you register on our website you get the first point as a gift from Laura.
• For each order placed on our website, you earn 1 point.
• If you get you placed an order from our coffee shop you earn 1 point! added to your account on our website, just give us your email and full name.

How to Redeem the points:

• When you reach 9 points you can get any coffee for Free.
• You can redeem the points on our coffee shop to get free coffee just give us the email registered on our website if you reach 9 points, without placing an order on the website we will take care of everything.

How it works:

• Visit our shop tell us your registered email to the cashier and redeem your points for free coffee.
• Once you redeem your points your balance will be zero.
• Go to My Account > My points  to see the earned points and full history

NOTE: *We offer also a coupon code for customers without an account on our website to use on the checkout page for free coffee when reaching 9 orders from our coffee shop (9 stamps on a loyalty card).
